Freon Anti leak system

I am in an early part of developing a New Freon Anti-Leak system for all Automotive, Home and Commercial applications. This system will isolate leaks and run leak tests to identify the area of concern. It will reduce the leaks of harmful refrigerants into the atmosphere where the gases destroy the ozone layer. We hope this system will be put in as part of emission standard globally.  Until I get the freon free air to air system fully developed this technology should reduce the harmful gases from leaking into the atmosphere by at least 80 %.
